Konami announced today that it will raise employee base salaries starting March 2025, along with increasing the starting salary for new graduates. Employees will see a monthly increase of 5,000 JPY (about $33 USD), totaling a yearly increase of 60,000 JPY. The starting salary for most positions will rise from 295,000 JPY to 300,000 JPY.
